For more than three decades, Brian has helped clients address their financial concerns and develop strategies by focusing on each investor's specific needs. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Brian has dedicated his career to delivering personalized, comprehensive investment planning services.

Before launching Finteris Wealth Management, Brian began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1996, working for A.G. Edwards and Sons, Inc., a predecessor of Wells Fargo Advisors. In 2008, Brian earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, CFP® certification by completing an approved educational program, passing a rigorous examination, and meeting stringent experience requirements.

Brian's passion for learning doesn't end there. Growing up on a family dairy farm, Brian learned the importance of hard work coupled with diligent study and preparation. Brian earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Missouri. After college, he taught high school for three years before settling in Jefferson City and adopting it as his family's home.

Brian spends his free time with his wife, Julie, an internal auditor, and their children, Emily and Jacob. They are members of St. Peter Catholic Church.  Brian has served on the School Advisory Board, and as Treasurer, of the Foundation for the benefit of Helias Catholic High School. Brian enjoys hunting, attending Mizzou sporting events with his family, and working on their farm in rural Cole County.

For well over a decade, Wes has focused on developing sound investment strategies tailored to each investor's specific needs. Wes has extensive experience guiding investors through shifting markets and helping keep their investment plans on track. Wes has been recognized as a Platinum Council in 2018 and 2019, a distinction reserved for a select group of financial advisors. *

Wes was born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri, where he attended Immaculate Conception grade school, Helias High School, Lincoln University, and Columbia College. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and graduated Cum Laude. He and his wife Janelle reside in Jefferson City along with 16-year-old son, Jaxon, and 14-year-old daughter, Ainsley. Wes also has a 26-year-old son, Kolby, who recently completed his service in the United States Air Force. Janelle is a 4th-grade teacher at Blair Oaks Elementary in Wardsville, Mo.

Outside the office, Wes loves spending his free time with his family. They like to stay active both physically and mentally, whether fishing at their neighborhood lake or taking regular trips to St. Louis and Kansas City to attend baseball games. Working with a network of dedicated philanthropists, Wes makes sure to give back to his community by assisting committees that organize charity events for special needs individuals.

Jon Rost brings over 26 years of investment planning experience to the Finteris Wealth Management team. He specializes in working with families and small business owners, helping them make sound financial decisions, so they can spend time doing the things they care about the most. Jon's clients look to him as their colleague and guide when navigating through their finances.

Every client Jon works with has their own unique set of financial circumstances and goals. His first step is to develop a deeper understanding of his clients, both personally and financially. Jon is then able to make suggestions and formulate investment plans to map each client's financial future. The planning process is focused on minimizing risk while generating a high probability of achieving each client's desired goals.

Jon believes having a written plan is essential to success. Something as important as retirement, a child's education, or efficiently passing on one's estate to loved ones, is all too important not to put in the work and have a plan of action.

Jon has lived in Jefferson City for most of his life. Before entering the financial services industry, he graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in accounting. Jon is very active in his community, supporting organizations like Helias High School and St Peter's Church. He and his wife, Anne, have been blessed with two precious daughters, Mattie and Anna Kate.

Chad focuses on bringing financial clarity and a feeling of confidence to every family he serves through sound, thoughtful advice, and prudent planning. He does this not by the prediction of economic trends, but by preparing for them. There is no cookie-cutter approach when it comes to financial well-being.  Every family Chad serves receives individualized attention and a unique plan based on the dreams and desires that are most important to them. 

Before starting Finteris Wealth Management, Chad began his financial career with Edward Jones in 2002, where he successfully started his practice from scratch by going door-to-door and personally shaking the hands of his future clients. He still believes in that same one-on-one relationship today. In 2005, Chad went on to work for A.G. Edwards, which was later acquired by Wells Fargo Advisors, as a branch manager.

Outside the office, Chad spends almost all of his free time in two places- with his family or at his church. He and his wife, Lindsey, have three children. With family, Chad enjoys hunting, fishing, and sports. He has coached baseball, basketball, soccer, and football for countless youth teams over the past ten years. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and loves spending time at their family farm in Fulton, Missouri.

Chad is a licensed minister, and he and his family attend Solid Rock Church in Jefferson City, where he serves as Executive Pastor. They have attended Solid Rock Church for 22 years.

Born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri, Jacob attended Helias Catholic High School before continuing his education at the University of Missouri. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Psychology. During college, he interned at Finteris Wealth Management for three years gaining valuable hands-on experience working directly with clients and financial planning strategies. Today, as an Associate Financial Advisor he is dedicated to helping clients move closer to their financial and personal goals.

Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through pickleball and tennis. A lifelong Tigers fan he frequently returns to Columbia to cheer on his alma mater. His faith plays an important role in his life, and he attends weekly mass at St. Peter Catholic Church.

Damon is deeply committed to guiding individuals and families toward the financial security they desire—one built on transparency and a steadfast long-term vision. His approach looks beyond surface-level numbers, focusing instead on what truly matters most to each client: crafting a personalized written plan that aligns seamlessly with their core values and aspirations.

Clients can count on Damon to provide steady guidance through investments, retirement preparation, major life transitions, and ongoing accountability to help achieve positive, goal-aligned outcomes.

Born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri, Damon is a graduate of Helias Catholic High School. He went on to attend the University of Missouri, where he walked on to the football team—an experience that reinforced his core values of dedication, teamwork, and accountability. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning, while simultaneously interning at Finteris Wealth Management for several years to gain hands-on industry experience. Now in an advisor role, he serves clients directly to deliver thoughtful, comprehensive support through every stage of life.

Away from the office, Damon enjoys both playing golf, cheering on the Tigers at Faurot, and spending quality time with friends and family. Deeply caring about the needs and well-being of others, he strives to uphold the values that were instilled in him from a young age, bringing them to the forefront of every relationship he builds.

Lindsey’s primary focus as a Senior Client Associate is always the client. With sixteen years of experience in the industry, Lindsey assists Brian R. Zerr, CFP® - Founding Partner and Wesley Weider – Founding Partner, along with their clients. Lindsey deeply values the relationships she has developed with clients and her colleagues. She places a high premium on ensuring clients are well cared for and works hard to make sure their needs are met.

Lindsey obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management in July 2013. She began her career in the finance industry in 2005 with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. and has since developed her skills while transitioning to its predecessor, Wells Fargo Advisors, and then to Finteris Wealth Management.

 

Lindsey has three children: Dakota (18), Deklin (12) and Lincoln (6). Dakota is a double major at Lindenwood University excelling in her first year away from home and experiencing college life. Deklin is in seventh grade, active in junior high basketball and plans to participate in track again in the Spring. He is eager for hunting season and is still an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. Lincoln is in first grade. Loves spending time at the park and with friends. Lindsey enjoys watching shows on various streaming apps, values time with her friends and family and during the summer months, you can be sure to catch her in the sun by the pool.

Dale was born and raised in St. Louis and in 2005 he and his family moved to Lake of the Ozarks.  Dale and his wife Tammy and their son Nicholas have made Lake of the Ozarks their home ever since.  As Chief Operating Officer for Finteris Wealth Management, Dale utilizes his 27 years of industry experience to ensure that all operations at the company run smoothly and efficiently. 

Prior to joining Finteris Wealth Management, Dale held several roles in the industry, including 11 years with Wells Fargo Advisors as a Governance Manager and 7 years as a Financial Advisor.  Drawing upon his past experience, Dale is able to assist our branch associates and clients with complex and unusual circumstances and ensure a pleasant client experience.

In their spare time, Dale and his family enjoy spending time boating at Lake of the Ozarks with family and friends.  They also enjoy traveling to tropical locations and scuba diving new and exciting places.

Katie is the Senior Client Associate for Financial Advisor Jon Rost. She prides herself on providing the highest level of service and always putting the client’s needs first.

Katie previously worked with the team at Wells Fargo Advisors from 2017-2018 as a receptionist and returned to Finteris Wealth Management in 2021. The years in between, Katie was traveling and living in Arizona and Florida before returning home to Jefferson City to be closer to family. Katie’s previous positions include Client Access Specialist, Certified Veterinarian Assistant, and Preschool Teacher.

Katie grew up in a small town called Vienna, MO before moving to Jefferson City with her family. Her and her husband Jake have two beautiful children, Haven and Easton. They enjoy spending time outdoors as a family, whether that’s camping, fishing, golfing, spending the day at the lake, or just an afternoon picnic at the park.

Katie’s goal is to ensure that every client has a pleasant experience while working with Finteris, and it is very important to her that every client feels, whatever their financial needs, they are in safe and capable hands.

Rebekah Mills is the Client Associate responsible for various clerical and operational needs of the office. She helps to create a welcoming office environment by greeting clients and visitors as they walk in the door. She is dedicated to providing excellent assistance to each and every client.

Rebekah brings over 6 years of administrative assistant experience within both the healthcare and military environment. She is committed to putting our client’s needs first and ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

Rebekah was born in New London, New Hampshire. Her family moved to Spokane, Washington when she was 4 years old and when she was 13 years old the family moved back to Sunapee, New Hampshire where she graduated from Sunapee Senior High School.

Rebekah attended Johnson & Wales University for 2 years where she decided to join the Marine Corps, honorably serving 4 years active duty. Rebekah went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree from Lincoln University.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Zach and their 3 kids, twins Austen and Aiden (13) and daughter Haven (8). She also enjoys baking, traveling, and cooking.
