With over 30 years of investment management experience, Scott is dedicated to helping clients pursue their financial goals through thoughtful guidance, sound strategies, and personalized planning. He believes in building lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of each client’s values and long-term vision.

Scott graduated from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1989 with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. He holds Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities registrations and brings a wealth of experience to every client conversation.

Prior to joining Finteris Wealth Management, Scott served as Managing Principal at White Oak Financial Advisors and held senior leadership roles as First Vice President–Investments for Wells Fargo Advisors and Vice President–Investments for A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Throughout his career, he has helped clients design tailored investment strategies that reflect what matters most to them. His approach is guided by the principles of faith, family, and finances—helping to ensure that each plan supports not only financial goals, but personal priorities as well.

Scott and his wife Janie have been married for 32 years and live in De Soto, KS. They have two grown children, 2 grandchildren, and are active members of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Together, they support several charitable organizations. Outside the office, Scott enjoys outdoor adventures including hunting, fishing, working on his small plot of land, and travel.

Amy has over 35 years of experience in the financial industry. She began her career in 1990 with American Century Investments, developing a strong foundation in client relations and office management. She previously served as a Senior Registered Client Associate with A.G. Edwards & Sons and Wells Fargo Advisors. For the past 12 years, Amy has held the role of Registered Operations Manager with White Oak Fargo Advisors.

Amy holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and plays a vital role in supporting clients through every stage of their financial journey. From managing account operations to delivering a seamless and personalized experience, she is known for her attention to detail, process improvements, and dedication to exceptional service.

Outside of work, Amy is actively involved in her church and the women’s ministry. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with her children and grandchildren.

Nick is passionate about helping individuals and families build a stronger financial future—one rooted in clarity, confidence, and long-term purpose. His approach goes beyond numbers; it’s about understanding what matters most to each client and designing a plan that reflects their values, lifestyle, and goals.

Whether he’s developing an investment strategy, guiding retirement planning, or navigating life’s big transitions with a client, Nick brings a calm, thoughtful presence to every conversation. He believes investment planning should be grounded in open dialogue, clear guidance, and mutual trust.

Nick began his career at American Century Investments on the institutional side of the business, where he served as a wholesaler working with financial advisors and investment professionals across the country. In that role, he gained a deep understanding of market strategy, product design, and portfolio construction—experience that now informs the practical, client-centered advice he brings to individual investors.

Now in a client-facing role with Finteris Wealth Management, he is currently pursuing his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, further enhancing his ability to provide thoughtful, comprehensive guidance across all stages of life.

Raised in Kansas City and now living in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Nick holds an MBA in Finance and is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Parkside—where he played baseball and met his wife, Tijanne, a former collegiate softball player. He’s a devoted fan of both baseball and football, and forever hopeful that the Huskers will reclaim their football glory someday soon.

Outside the office, Nick is an active member of Our Lady of the Presentation Parish and values staying connected to his church and community. He approaches his work with a foundation of faith, family, and service—principles that guide not only his personal life but every client relationship.

Dale was born and raised in St. Louis and in 2005 he and his family moved to Lake of the Ozarks.  Dale and his wife Tammy and their son Nicholas have made Lake of the Ozarks their home ever since.  As Chief Operating Officer for Finteris Wealth Management, Dale utilizes his 27 years of industry experience to ensure that all operations at the company run smoothly and efficiently. 

Prior to joining Finteris Wealth Management, Dale held several roles in the industry, including 11 years with Wells Fargo Advisors as a Governance Manager and 7 years as a Financial Advisor.  Drawing upon his past experience, Dale is able to assist our branch associates and clients with complex and unusual circumstances and ensure a pleasant client experience.

In their spare time, Dale and his family enjoy spending time boating at Lake of the Ozarks with family and friends.  They also enjoy traveling to tropical locations and scuba diving new and exciting places.

Mike Allegri is a financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. With more than 20 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and health care professional, he became a financial advisor to help solve complex financial issues, allowing the entrepreneur to concentrate on running their business. Investing is a serious venture and should begin with an approach intended at getting the investor closer to their chosen goal. This is why Mike works with his clients to develop an investment plan. A plan focuses attention on those actions that methodically moves the client closer to their objective. A plan is critical when investing. Mike is from Kansas City, graduated Rockhurst High School, Kansas State University, obtained his MBA from Baker University and has been awarded the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation by the College for Financial Planning.
